tk788 Terms and Conditions —
Know Before You Use Our Services

1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk788 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the individual using this website ("you", "user"). By accessing tk788.lat, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

tk788 is an online entertainment and betting platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and live gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account and use services on tk788:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must register using your own accurate and valid information.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prohibits the use of online gaming services.

Registering with false information will result in immediate account termination and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Creation & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on tk788, you must provide accurate personal details — full name, mobile number, and password. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided at registration.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. tk788 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated and any associated bonuses and winnings being forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Supported payment methods on tk788 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are only possible after account verification and via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, tk788 may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tk788 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳8,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own expiry period; the bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• tk788 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

The tk788 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and exclusive benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Promotion to a higher tier happens automatically based on active play. tk788 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, and cashback amounts depend on actual activity.
